“Lovely hotel”
Superb hotel, excellent service, very clean. Staff are very helpful, often above and beyond duty. Yes Warren, helping us with the luggage trolley, great customer service. We have visited on many occasions and have never been disappointed

“Emily Double Tree Hilton Sheffield”
Emily on reception was exceptional I have travelled the world dubai. Abu Dhabi, US etc I have never had customer service as good as Emily noting was too much trouble. Due to Emily we booked an additional stay. Please pass on our sincere thanks.
