“Good staff great location good service”
Hi from the moment, I stepped in the hotel to when I left all the staff were very polite. This is by far not the newest Park Plaza. I’ve stayed in, but it has a great location and is well maintained. Stayed here several times and the hotel has maintained it's high standards. Check in was very efficient with a special mention for Luke for his friendly and helpful attitude.
