“Perfect stay!”
Arrived at the Ibis in the evening after flying from Spain,was booked for 5 nights and was met with a lovely warm welcome.My room and bathroom were spotless and plenty of tea/coffee available plus a Tesco express just next door. “Perfectly adequate central hotel”
Booked due to convenience for a conference. Room was absolutely fine. Like others have said it could do with a refresh in places, but was definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. “Very disappointing”
After a good evening out me and my husband went to our room, the heater would not work so we got into bed to watch TV, my husbands side of the bed was wet through, after reporting this the bedding and quilt was changed. Our evening was spoilt thanks Ibis
