“Good food and service”
I didn’t really expect much when coming down for dinner with our large group but I was surprisingly pleased. Braised beef was very tender and tasty. Maybe little salty but very nice nonetheless. Service was good led by Charlotte. Thank you.

“Great stay”
The young gentleman on reception deserves special praise, Saturday afternoon when we checked in there was a big queue. He handled it with diplomacy and efficiency as well as good humour. “Good and efficient.”
Efficient, good service in the restaurant. Coping with a medium sized group who had forgotten what they had pre ordered. Thank you for your patience. The bar staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are comfortable and clean. This is a good example of a Leonard hotel.
