“Idyllic setting for lovely relaxing break.”
Lovely idyllic setting and had very relaxing comfortable stay. Room looking over the lake clean and warm. Staff polite and helpful. Food at breakfast and evening meal very good. “Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds.”
Had a lovely 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious and clean had everything we needed . Slept really well on the queen beds. All staff were friendly and helpful. “Service without a smile!”
The hotel was lovely, rooms nice and beds very comfortable but the service was very poor. We waited ages to be served at the bar, then no apologies or smiles from the staff. “BEWARE, SERVICE CHARGE”
The family had an over night stay here, check-in was an experience. staff obviously need some training, rooms werent ready and got mixed up but this happens and not really affect our rating of nunsmere but what you have to be carefull of is the awfull 10% service charge at the bar...
