Me and my partner stayed in October, lovely rooms with big comfy beds, plenty of channels on the TV, we ordered room service and received it within 10-15 minutes. “Customer care at its best”
A massive thankyou to Laura front of desk for finding us an early check in room when we arrived after a long haul flight. I was not well at all and Laura was so professional and helpful. A nice, well presented hotel and reasonable value for money. Situated close to Knutsford and Tatton Park. Stayed in a junior suite, which was clean, modern and spacious. “Good facilities, comfortable”
Nice place, good facilities. Pool and gym are nice, it isn't overly priced for a business stop. Had a small problem with being charged 6 breakfasts for one person for 2 nights, but got resolved afterwards Would happily go again next time i'm in manchester for work
