“Business travel in Yorkshire”
Arrived at the hotel and Natalie was on the phone dealing with a customer but acknowledged me and another three guests who turned up at the same time and she handled the situation perfectly and always smiling and very approachable and can’t do enough for you and makes you feel very welcome

“Great place to stay”
Very convenient place to stay, made to feel very welcome by receptionist. We left jewellery behind, and as doon as i sent the text message, within half an hour we received a call to say it had been found and when we got home it had arrived safely so thank you so much Natalie

“Wedding stay over”
Stop over due to a local wedding. Stayed for a couple days. Room was ideal for what we needed. Really good size to dump all our stuff around. All the necessary things in the room and bed was extremely comfortable. Welcome back by the night receptionist when a little worse for wear.

“Stranded”
Sadly got stranded on the Motorway for hours due to car troubles. Hotel was a short distance away to stop at for the night. The staff member who greet me was very empathetic to my situation and really made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you for my stay
