“Excellent Staff”
We stayed here for a a couple weeks and were impressed by the cleanliness and care. We felt a warm welcome especially by Liz. She greeted us with a smile, including our dog at the desk and our needs were taken care of. We will definitely be happy to book here another time.

“Great value budget hotel”
I stayed here for two nights on business in Cleckheaton. Rooms are large and clean. Bathroom is a bit tired looking. Staff are friendly. I had booked and paid for breakfast, however for the two days they did not get a delivery and so it was not available. I wasn't offered a refund. Fortunately,... more

“Hotel”
I regularly travel for business and can honestly say the staff here are brilliant always going above and beyond the room was clean and comfy beds and the staff new the surrounding areas and where to eat. Perfect eat I needed it for and will definitely stay again

“Not a great location”
Stayed overnight in this hotel on way up to Leeds, was hard to get around area access into was not easy off motorway. Hotel room was large and outlook to trees was nice, bathroom in general was clean, however the shower is stained and over shallow bath, we have decided to avoid as felt unclean, ... more
