“Good budget hotel”
Good budget hotel. The reception was manned 24 hours a day which was really great to see. You don’t get that in most hotels now so it’s nice to see a hotel with real people on the reception at all times. Check in was quick and easy. “Improved since last visit”
Have used this hotel a few time when either heading north or sound, and it’s been in some need of TLC. Was great to see fresh lick of paint on the walls, actual black out curtains and a larger TV. All it needs is a new carpet and the too. Would be perfect.

Lady at front desk Julie very helpful and good respect helped us through everything we ask for if I owned a business she would be top of my list I really think this lady should be giving a promotion or something she is really good at her job highly recommend

“Second home”
Feels like my second home while away with work, it feels like a family hotel, everyone’s chatty and really friendly. The room is basic but comfortable. Better now they have a larger tv I can actually see it now. Nice to see the rooms being painted.

“Bad receptionist, everything else good”
Everything was good, except the receptionst who was very rude. We had no wifi and the receptionist, he didn't even bother trying to help us and nor does he care about the customer service at all. It was clear that there is no intent from his side at all. Hence, we struggled with no wifi.
