“Service beyond expectations”
Stayed overnight because dad was going into hospital early next day. I am celiac and they catered well for me at evening meal and the breakfast was great , even had gluten free sausages for me . “Missing the ‘deluxe’ part of deluxe double”
Although my ‘deluxe double’ room was very clean it also looked very tired and quite dated - not what is shown on the website - considering it cost £89 and didn’t include breakfast I think the word ‘deluxe’ should be removed from the older style rooms. Lovely hotel, have stayed here several times over the years and always enjoyed. The rooms are spacious & spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. Hotel is definitely a "Conference" or "Hospital" Hotel. Not a hotel in my opinion, you would use for a two day break, in our case, it was for a family funeral.
