“Lovely place, don't understand some of the reviews! ”
We really enjoyed our stay. Very polite staff, good food, comfy bed and quiet. The service at dinner was a bit slow, but nice food when it arrived! We had a very warm room, almost too warm at times which makes a change at this time of year! Thank you, would return!

“Family celebration”
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with all our family. We had a private dining room and pre ordered our menu choices. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was very good. The hotel has great potential and I wish them every success.

“Lovely old hotel but disappointing meal”
A group of us had a Christmas evening meal and sadly it didn’t live up to expectations. Guyers House is a lovely, old building in large grounds but sadly the meal was a disappointment.
