Yes, guests at Crabwall Manor & Spa, Bw Signature Collection have highlighted that: We came to Crabwall on Christmas Eve 2024 and we paid for an early check-in. We were greeted warmly and directed to our room. Upon entering the room (room 29) I was very impressed with the size and space of the room- the "childrens" bed was far away from the double bed, with a sofa in between . The space was great, especially having a 4 year old who loves to run about. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a bath and rainfall shower. We also got a welcome hamper and gift for my child (which was so thoughtful and a nice touch) The hotel looked magical, with the roaring fire, the Christmas trees, and all the beautiful Christmas decorations. We loved the mince pies and mulled wine. The building and grounds are beautiful and there is ample parking. The Christmas Eve food was lovely and we felt very special having our own dedicated table and a personalised menu with our food options on it. After the dinner we retired to the drawing room where we played the board games that had been put out for us. The sleep was excellent that night, and I was pleasantly surprised (as I'm a particularly light sleeper). There was only minimal noise from upstairs. The buffet breakfast on Christmas day was very good quality, and a nice selection. I really was impressed when we walked in for the Christmas lunch and all the servers had a glass of champagne and nibbles for us. We then had our 3 course lunch and met Santa and had a magician come round to our table. Afterwards I went for a Swim and enjoyed all the spa facilities (which were very good!) The only few disappointing elements were the lack of nice coffees at the bar, the staff seemed a little inexperienced with making coffees. And it would have been nice to have a latte on Christmas Day. On Christmas Day the evening buffet consisted of similar food to what we had, had for lunch and Christmas Eve. It was very nice meats, cheese and potatoes - but at this point we kind of wanted sausage rolls and cocktail sausages. It was also very limited for what my 4 year old could eat. And on Boxing Day we were offered the same Christmas menu again! And only after complaining (to an already stressed out waitress) were we allowed the bar menu, which was excellent food - there was just a lot of confusion beforehand. Kellie the waitress deserves a raise for putting up with our complaining! The only other issue was our room wasn't cleaned at all over 3 nights. Even though we mentioned to the cleaning staff at 11am we were vacating the room on Boxing day. Someone came along around 5pm but at that point we were in the room for the evening. Overall we had an amazing time, I just feel some small changes would improve the experience overall.

“Christmas package at Crabwall Manor”

“Lovely stay very comfortable”

Clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Spa changing rooms need some maintenance, showers not working and very strong smell of urine.
