“Better than before”
We have stayed at this premier inn previously and the rooms have been refurbed and couldn’t fault them! Beds were great and room was nice and quiet on the 3rd floor

“1 nights stay”
From attaining an early room which allowed us to unpack and get ready fora day at the races, till we handed inourkey cards, we had a great experience at this hotel. Great location, recently refurbished rooms, and polite attentive staff made the stay even more enjoyable. We will return later this ... more

“Races weekend ”
Had a great stay at the premier inn chester railway, room was clean, everything was ready when I got there and the staff were amazing. Only gripe was that the car park was down the road unlike other premier inns I have stayed at but to be expected in a city centre so no fuss. Definatly will be s... more

“Great location, friendly staff”
We had a wonderful visit to Chester in large part due to our experience at this Premier Inn. Everyone is very friendly and the food is good. The rooms are clean and the hotel is peaceful.
