“Outstanding.”
Probably the best Best Western I have ever visited. It's not exactly the cheapest place I've ever stayed in but it's one of the best, if not THE best. “Lovely short break in Canterbury”

“Well worth a visit”
The location is excellent, 7 minute walk to Canterbury city centre. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were professional and polite Breakfast was included and very nice We will definitely be returning in the near future , I highly recommend it and am amazed it is only rated 3 stars

“Very friendly personnel”
We were very well received. Personnel is very friendly and nice, which is highly appreciated. The rooms are very clean. The hotel seems to be renovating, which seems necessary as the building is very very old. Parking possibility in front of the hotel. 10 minutes walking to the center.
