We stayed in the hotel for a week on business and we had a great experience. The hotel was booked as part of a weekend coach trip to Thriplow Daffodil Weekend. I stayed here with my 89 year old mum, who has mobility difficulties. We found the accommodation comfortable, clean, warm and we enjoyed our short stay. The staff, particularly Emily, Ollie and Alison were extremely kind and friendly and that made our stay one to remember. The food was very good and all of the dining staff made us feel very welcome. “Thank you for a lovely time”
The leisure facilities were really good. I used the gym and pool and sauna. Nice and clean too. Conor was really helpful with making us feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back again to use this hotel and its facilities included. Thank you

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend as traveller on a coach trip visiting the Triplow Daffodil Festival. Well organised and friendly staff from the outset.Particularly Ollie and his female colleague whom gave us our room keys and served us our evening meal . Room was very spacious. Comfortable large bed .Some guests had minor issues with heating but mine was all fine. All staff were welcoming and friendly .Food was plentiful and well cooked.We all liked dining in our specially reserved area in the evening . Modern decor in the main dining and lounge areas were very relaxing . Hotel was very busy but it felt calm and relaxed so clearly well managed. Would recommend if you are looking for a hotel in this price range .

“Good choice for the area”
Fantastic stay and great customer service a usual. Breakfast is not as good as it used to be with a number of previously available items discontinued but still a great choice when staying in Cambridge. The team in the health club are extremely helpful and friendly so worth special mention.
