“Such a wonderful team atmosphere”
Lee wins the award for hardest worker, everywhere was so clean and tidy on arrival thank you. Thank you to Lee also for the extra tissues delivered to our room. He is an excellent multi tasker - every time I saw him he was working and cleaning. Fantastic! Please give a special commendation to this young man. The Diamond welcome at Reception was wonderful by the amazing Suchadee. An amazing young lady who I can see as a future Manager. Azuka was very attentive this evening in the restaurant and has great guest rapport. Karis and Owen do excellent team work. Owen doing the drinks and Karis sorting the food out - wonderful food from the amazing Chef - I recommend the Butter Chicken Curry - it would be nice however to have Mango Chutney please next time. The parking is very exciting I was not clamped outside took all my suitcases up then and had time to park my car in the very well lit multistory across the road the other side and walk back. Great exercise (but not bad really considering it is the City Centre after all! Pleased not to see ANPR Parking Eye anywhere thank goodness with a £100 parking fine in the post 2 weeks later like you find at other Hotels. Here I could relax with discounted parking actually payable at the Hotel which was nice. 5 stars well deserved and a pay rise for everyone. I will be returning soon to check that everyone got their commendation well deserved. I look forward to staying again. Thank you!

“Excellent customer service from Leon on reception”
Excellent hotel perfect location in the centre of Bristol. Leon on reception was excellent and really made our stay perfect .. he was the only member of the reception team who acknowledged our Platinum IHG status and gave us the room upgrade we were supposed to get .. throughout our stay Leon ensur… more
Excellent hotel perfect location in the centre of Bristol. Leon on reception was excellent and really made our stay perfect .. he was the only member of the reception team who acknowledged our Platinum IHG status and gave us the room upgrade we were supposed to get .. throughout our stay Leon ensured that everything we needed we got. A true ambassador for the hotel and brand Leon deserves to be recognised for all his hard work and great customer service .. he alone made our stay both memorable and enjoyable.

“Brilliant service!”
Had the perfect stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mrittika and Arun at breakfast who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Suites are excellent and the location is great. Look forward to returning.

Stayed 1 night in Feb 25 Good - clean room, warm room, easy reception check in with helpful staff, room good size with clean bathroom, good city centre location, very good breakfast buffet with lots of choice and fresh options, Bad - nothing of note

We received a friendly welcome. Our twin room on the 7th floor was quite compact. There was no room for an easy chair, just a desk chair and a large upholstered stool. We received a friendly welcome. Our twin room on the 7th floor was quite compact. There was no room for an easy chair, just a desk chair and a large upholstered stool. There were no light switches at the bedsides except for the reading lamps. The bathroom was very small with a walk in shower, which had very hot water which we found impossible to control. We enjoyed a good evening meal from a good choice of menu. Breakfast was good - the chef was anxious to please - the hot plate being continuously replenished so that nothing spoiled.
