“Excellent customer service from Leon on reception”
Excellent hotel perfect location in the centre of Bristol. Leon on reception was excellent and really made our stay perfect .. he was the only member of the reception team who acknowledged our Platinum IHG status and gave us the room upgrade we were supposed to get .. throughout our stay Leon ensur… more

“Brilliant service!”
Had the perfect stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mrittika and Arun at breakfast who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Suites are excellent and the location is great. Look forward to returning.

“Beautiful stay”
Had an amazing 1 night stay. Reception staff were lovely and full of information. We booked a suite for a great price and had a fantastic sized room with a huge bathroom and tv in the bathroom. “Fab hotel”
Fab hotel. Great friendly staff on both check in and check out. Good location near Cabbot circus. And plenty of bars and restaurants. Room on 7th floor had a balcony and a fridge is always a bonus!! Train station a walk away. Over all very good stay for work

Recently stayed here for 1 night for a friends catch up. Upgraded to a fabulous suite as it was a birthday celebration. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Facilities and location were spot on. Breakfast was very good, very comfy bed, great shower too! Would really recommend this hot… more
