Had a fantastic stay at the Queens hotel Brighton. The staff were so friendly and helpful across the hotel. Was able to leave bags there while exploring Brighton. The suite was spacious and of a good standard. The bed was very comfortable and even being close to the busy area this did not interrupt a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Matthew and the team at reception making the whole experience easily and quick.

My self and my daughter(who has disabilities) were booked into a holiday flat, but it turned out to be totally unsuitable, so we needed a place to stay at short notice. The Reception staff at the Queen's Hotel went above and beyond to help us and found us a room which was really comfortable. I am most grateful as that could have been a complete disaster. Lovely atmosphere and great staff.

“Queens hotel Brighton ”

Staff are polite, and the room I stayed in was lovely. I liked the decor on the ceiling as well. Comfortable stay had a good nights sleep, liked the pilows found them very good and the bed is firm and supportive. The room is nice and spacious that I had.

Visited this hotel many times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. We are a big family, so always book a sea view family room which is massive. The hotel truly provides relax that you need. You feel like you are a part of the Brighton promenade without even leaving your room. We love it there. The swimming pool is the highlight of our stay, especially for the children and the gym is also very pleasant. Breakfast is very good, lots to choose from even if you’re on a diet! Freshly cut fruit is a bonus. What we really loved this time was a welcome drink to the room and late checkout at 1pm that we received. That makes so much difference as it feels like you have plenty of time to enjoy your breakfast, go for a walk, go swimming, pack and leave without getting stressed. The hotel restaurant is ok, rather basic, but we always opt to eat out as we feel we get better value for money elsewhere in Brighton. The only two things I could do with would be dressing gowns in the room, so you can walk to the spa in your swimming suit, and parking! The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, so you have to park in the Lanes carpark, which is not only a chocker at weekends, but also highly overpriced. It costs £40 per day to park, which is disgusting. Queen's Hotel used to offer a discount to bring this charge to a more acceptable level, however, this has now been scrapped, so you have to pay the full price. I feel Queen’s Hotel should revisit those arrangements with the Lanes as staying for a couple of nights and having to pay £80 for parking puts me off from visiting again.
