“Stranded by Snow!”
I can't even begin to tell you how positive my experience of this hotel was. My son had surgery in Brighton and we got stranded because of the snow and decided the best thing was to get a hotel. “Great experience”
Was very good experience. Felipe night receptionist took care of us and treated us very kindly very friendly person good job to him. Was very windy but cozy indoors the a/c have are not that powerful or I don't know how to work it but overall great time will be back!!!!

“I prefer the aesthetic to the human side of things”
The hotel looks good and we liked the Marina area. We had a lovely big room although Malmaison hotel rooms are so poorly designed it’s unreal (lighting is bad, nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, no heated towel rail, no decent drawers at a sensible height etc).
