My elderly parents came to spend Christmas day with us and booked to stay at the hotel. I went to check them in after lunch and discovered the room had steps up to the bathroom. As my Mum has poor mobility and would struggle with them I asked t if we could change rooms. Emily in reception explained that they would try to find them a room with an accessible bathroom but that the hotel was fully booked so it may not be possible. When we returned later that evening Emily along with her Supervisor, Enrich had managed to find another room. They quickly prepared the room with the help of the house keeping team and my parents had a great night’s sleep and comfortable stay. My parents will stay here again when they come to visit. Thank you for excellent customer service going the extra mile!

“Perfect break”

It was a lovely stay for few days after christmas with kids This was our second time coming back in the same year Perfect location beach, brighton pier and mall around the corner Kids loved the pool and buffet breakfast Good customer service provided by Ruth Thankyou

Ideally located on the seafront, this is an old and much lived historic hotel in Brighton and now under the ownership of Hilton. Huge plus: they allow dogs to stay (extra fee). Ideally located on the seafront, this is an old and much lived historic hotel in Brighton and now under the ownership of Hilton. Huge plus: they allow dogs to stay (extra fee). Though you can’t take them into the eating areas, you can have breakfast in the room . They have a 24hr gym and a pool (very busy, check when less likely to be full of children if you want a quiet session). We had a queen room with sea view. On reflection, because we had the dig, perhaps we ought to have booked a bigger room but that’s down to me! The room was spotless and well decorated but it was a bit tight for space, even without the pooch. The staff were really on point and breakfast was very good - including properly poached eggs, which is hard to find these days in a chain hotel. I’d definitely go back.

“not happy”

It was a very impressive hotel, breakfast was 22.00 each so I didn't have that. The room was nice but didn't get a nice view. We used the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool. It was a very impressive hotel, breakfast was 22.00 each so I didn't have that. The room was nice but didn't get a nice view. We used the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool. Notice on Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna said children 8- 16 can go inside with adult. So went in with an 8 year old, then the member of staff asked us to leave the sauna as it's not suitable for my child's age. I said it is, I read the notice and she is 8 years old and he said no it's for over 16 years. I showed him the sign outside and said look I read that and it said she can go in and explained she is 8 years old. I also said I had seen children in there that are clearly younger before we went in there. He said he knows and the sign is out of date and needs changing. The sign is about 4 years old and the rules have changed. I really wasn't happy, to be thrown out of a sauna when I was sticking to the rules!
