We got a good deal on an apartment room at the hotel for our trip to Legoland. Stayed two nights. The hotel is very central and convenient or shopping and eating out in Bracknell. Room was very spacious and included a separate living area and kitchen. Large king size bed in the bedroom area and then a bed in the living area for our daughter. Decor is pretty dated and the furniture a little tired. However everything is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Our deal included a continental breakfast which we pre ordered and collected in the morning. Good value stay for Lego land which is about 10 miles away.

“Very good central hotel. Pity about parking”

Hotel is nice and rooms have a bit of character. Bar and restaurant areas look nice, though I didn't eat in the hotel. Biggest downside is the fact you have to park in the linked multi-story car park which makes the stay more expensive (I think it was £20 a day)

Positives: wonderfully friendly staff, hugely helpful. We had the family appartement with kitchenette. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen ( definitely more than a kitchenette) is potentially amazing as we were surprised to see a kitchen with full size hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The children loved having a room to themselves as there is a partition door to the master bedroom. Massive comfortable king size bed and we were grateful for the air con as we visited on a very hot day. We were lucky with the parking as the hotel had recently reopened due to C 19 and was not very busy so we parked easily at the front as the hotel has 6 available parking bays for guests. The hotel has direct access to a new shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Not so positive :( the hotel seemed to have a problem with the water during our stay. We couldn’t get any cold water from any of the taps and the water was so hot on the second day that we couldn’t even shower without burning ourselves. The staff were very helpful and brought us bottles of cold water to drink. Although the kitchen is well appointed, there is very little to encourage guests to use it. We asked for a utensil box and most of the items were dirty ( not great in the current climate) there is nothing in the kitchen to clean anything with so we guessed that the previous guests could not clean the utensils. We asked for a pot to be cleaned so we could cook the children some pasta which the staff did for us. It would be helpful on the website to let guests know that they need to bring sponges, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.. if they want to use the kitchen. The hotel is not easy to find but again the helpful and patient staff talked us through the route. Overall, the friendliness and positive attitude of the staff made up for the problems that we experienced.
