“Wonderful spa and massage by Achala”
My husband and I were staying at your sister hotel,Harbour Heights but used the pool and spa at The Haven . We both had a full body massage by Achala ,which turned out to be one of the best massages we had ever had , such a lovely caring professional young lady . Thank you ,we wish her well .

“Newly Wed bliss”
The best customer service, location and experience there is. We our wedding breakfast as a beach party just outside the hotel in glorious weather and then spent the night at the Haven as newly-weds. “Great stay, no regrets!”
Nice hotel, good location, reasonable prices, great food, very helpful front of house/concierge member of staff. Room was lovely, good size, all the amenities necessary, spa facilities were on point. Only downside was lack of proper sound insulation in the room. Could have used more sea food option… more

We stayed for two nights and were very disappointed. This hotel is old tired and desperately in need of a revamp. Described as 4* it is barely a 3*.
