We have stayed at The Beachcroft Hotel many times because we love the location right by the beach and the comfortable rooms the food is excelllent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is even an indoor swimming pool which is such a bonus

We were a party of 6 on the 2 night New Year package. The organisation and planning of the New Years eve party was brilliant, the entertainment also extremely good with a very talented singer and then a DJ. The most impressive part however we're the hard working staff, everyone we met was friendly, efficient and provided wonderful customer service. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs which was lovely to see. The only criticism was that both evenings the dinner was lukewarm at best. Well done and thankyou to the entire team.

Very good hotel in great position just steps from the very busy prom, pebble beach (sandy mid afternoon as tide goes out) and sea. We chose this hotel as we had our little dog Dexter with us and the terrace room with a door to a very small patio area was useful. He was very well catered for with a water bowl, dog toy and treats x There was a dog bed for him but we took his own x He was allowed in the bar and bistro area but not the large main restaurant which was very acceptable x The staff were amazing especially Shannon on reception for her smiley helpful friendly approach with everyone and Dexter loved her (and she him) c We ate in the hotel our first night and the lamb was beyond lovely x the breakfast menu was varied and service was fast and friendly x We walked to the Fox at Felpham (about ten mins max) but book a table as very busy x Steak was perfect On Sunday met for Sunday lunch with Aunty and cousins at The Beresford, Elmer Rd, Middleton on Sea which serves usual pub food and sunday carvery x We mainly just chilled and stayed local for a chill twixmas break and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves x Rooms are a bit dated (we had a red headboard) but the superking bed (room 50) and pillows made for 3 very good quality sleeps x Everywhere was very clean abd tidy x Thank you to everyone for your hard work and kindness x We will return

Had our works Christmas Party last night at The Beachcroft. We all had the most fun time...the restaurant and tables were superbly decorated and we were welcomed in by the evening's host Shannon, who was really friendly and helpful. She even gave us a copy of our pre ordered menu choices on the table to make sure all went smoothly. There were lots of other parties as well as ours, but the food came out quickly and was piping hot, thanks to the very well organised and hard working team. Everyone enjoyed their meals.. all of the dishes were presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. Afterwards there was a resident DJ who got everyone up dancing. I cannot fault anything...the staff, the food and the atmosphere were all first class. The Beachcroft Hotel sure knows how to throw a party! Hope we get to go there again next year!
