“Fantastic family break”

“Our Best Western Derry Experience”
When we arrived the fires in the lounge gave a homely feeling. Our room was modern, beds and pillows comfy and room was nice and warm. Staff are so friendly and breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend they have a spa and pool. The massage at the spa are great.

Booked last minute but was pleasantly surprised. From we arrived til we left staff friendly and helpful. Room was a bit on the small side but spotless and beautifully decorated. “Nothing but honesty”
Staff and food all lovely can’t fault at all there. Room was very small. Hallways smelt like old peoples home and couldn’t go pool as children swimming lessons was going on, plus there was hiding costs for jacuzzi use. I also left a ring behind and was never returned.
