“Lovely Stay”
We stayed here one night as a stop off for York. The staff were very friendly and polite, Bed was comfortable and shower hot. and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. very clean, staff friendly and a quiet location. understandably rooms plain as I believe it will be getting a full renovation in the near future as he has done to his other hotels. would stay again cooked breakfast was nice,only small choice of cereal.

“Gadget friendly room!”
Lovely big room. It had 8 power points and 6 USB ports! A record for me, the water was very hot , shower worked well. The bed super comfy with firm pillows. Car parking easy and the room was quiet at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good too, croissants very nice , my wife loved her omelette.

“Nice”
A good nights sleep and a friendly welcome.The only criticism was the blandness of the room soulless.A print or two of the local areas Newmillerdam lake an idea.Comfy pillows n bed .Not an executive room as we expected just four blank walls ,shame
