“Had a great birthday visit”
Visited for my 30th birthday. Was greeted at reception and received some complementary drinks vouchers and some lovely warm cookies. Already made a great start to the stay. “Great meeting / events staff”
Stayed overnight for me to deliver asbestos training to Biffa personal the following day. Room was lovely and all staff pleasant. I particularly like to thank Lynne and John looked after me and the delegates, they are superb and nothing was too much trouble 10/10.

“Spa and Lunch Deal”
We booked in for the couples spa and lunch deal, which was great value for money and a nice treat. Lynne S was friendly and looked after us during the lunch, the service was lovely and the food was really nice. Would definitely return and recommend.

“Good Hotel but overpriced Restaurant ”
Helpful & friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Haven't been here for over 5 years not changed much & offers free access to the swimming pool & also free parking onsite. Reasonable priced for rooms but restaurant is decent but very over priced from drinks to food.

“Rudest check-in ever.”
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by industry. The check-in agent was the rudest and most unprofessional agent I have ever met.
