“Great service”
I enjoyed my stay at the Belfast Malmaison. The service in particular was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the food in the brasserie and at breakfast was great. As with all Malmaisons, the “atmospheric” lighting is challenging if your eyesight isn’t perfect!

“Lovely stay”
Lovely hotel and great experience in the restaurant with Ryan who was professional and helpful. 5 star experience. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, so close to everything. Would definitely recommend this if you are coming to Belfast!

“Warm and Inviting, a must stay!!!”
Amazing location and warm welcome. Arrived to a warm welcome, on a wet cold night but once you step inside the hotel is so warm and inviting. Staff were so attentive and helpful. “Nice hotel but quite disorganised and some service quite bad”
The room was quite lovely, but looked over some commercial/industrial site. Main concern was around the bar and restaurant. All the staff were friendly but when we had a booking at the restaurant for 6pm and ordered the "express" menu we had to leave at 8pm without dessert. It took forever despite… more
