“Lovely B&B”
Very nice one night stay with my daughter - I can't fault it. Comfy 4 poster bed and beautiful bedroom decor, lovely bathroom with good shower and fluffy towels and finally a very good breakfast. Very close to where I needed to be so I will defiantly book there again.

“What a great stay”
We just returned from a quick break in Bath. What a lovely, well-kept Victorian house this was. The breakfasts were superb, the room was clean, tidy and with a very comfortable bed. Some lovely old antique type of telephone in the room, an old, HMV carved record player with horn in the lounge, etc.… more

“Excellent staff”
Lovely building, good location, very friendly and responsive staff. I honestly think the hotel could do with refreshing its mattresses. We had a really uncomfortable mattress in the first room, which the staff resolved by switching our room.

“Good value, handy hotel”
Lovely staff. Just up the hill from town. £10 parking! Seems to be the norm🥺, clean room, bath tap didn't work, pity. But breakfast is good staff are great. Still the same faults as reported in older reviews. Devil's in the detail.... lose the Pyrex scratched mugs! Doesn't follow with the decor. Ye… more

Great location, lovely building, lovely room and excellent breakfast. Felt that the breaky should have been included in the price and was surprised that parking was also additional.
