“Bonti the Positive Ambassador”
The customer service team member called Bonti, was extremely fantastic, very helpful and calm. A perfect representative of Premier inn and a worthy ambassador. Our son is allergic to nuts and at breakfast Bonti ensured our son was well looked after and his food was not cross-contaminated. Thank you.

“Favourite Premier Inn..”
Great location to get into London, always had a good time staying at this Premier Inn, room is clean with a touch of complimentary goodies for the kids, staff are welcoming and excellent with good service. Breakfast and dinner was fantastic as always.

“Great service”
The stay was nice, clean & comfortable. In the Restaurant they were absolutely amazing service . Blaise was so helpful & catered for my family’s needs , he was very friendly & and amazing service. This is the second time we have now stayed here.

“Give the breakfast a miss (unless you like cheap bread toast and margarine). Room very nice and staff doing their best.”
We have stayed here before and have always had a positive experience. This time, our visit was let down (mainly) by the (very) poor quality breakfast. It simply isn’t worth it.
