Booked this for the Girls Aloud show at the P&J Arena. Location is perfect, we got a taxi to the arena as it was raining (cost £7.20) but walked back after the show and took us 20mins. The room has everything we needed: comfortable bed, iron and ironing board in the room, hairdryer, hot shower! We even visited for the restaurant for a bite to eat before the show and the food was incredible, definitely recommend the chicken skewer! Overall a fantastic little stay and would definitely book again when visiting Aberdeen.

“Close to airport”

Great hotel super close to the airport really friendly staff always happy to help. Lots of secure parking and restaurant located next door. Rooms are light and airy with all the usual teas and coffee available. One thing is the bed was a little on the hard side for me.

The room was great value and comfortable. Good location for the P and J arena. It's a good 30minute walk.No good in the rain but ok in good weather. Check in was great. The room was great value and comfortable. Good location for the P and J arena. It's a good 30minute walk.No good in the rain but ok in good weather. Check in was great. Lots of stuff available at reception if you forget anything. The bar was pleasant. We didn't eat there but went for breakfast at 9.50. Turns out the breakfast goes off at 10.00 sharp...too late. Susan the manager did a great job in getting us coffee and cereal bars instead. Thank you for that. The beds were ok but moved around the room at will because they are not locked down. Huge double winter duvets on single beds in June! Too warm. The linen seemed new and towels were fine. We would return as the price is good and parking is only £4.00 per night. The bar closes at 11.00. Fine but let customers know this at reception on check in. No drinks on your return from the concert at P and J!

We stayed in room 142 before flying and 304 on our return. firstly in 142 there were only two single electric sockets. Totally inadequate for charging devices these days. We stayed in room 142 before flying and 304 on our return. firstly in 142 there were only two single electric sockets. Totally inadequate for charging devices these days. The mattress was also very old and very soft. I was previously employed by the manufacturer and know how old it really is! The bedside lights did not work! Room 304 had several new double sockets and two USB connections so much better. However the TV did not work and the fixed hairdryer was at the opposite end of the room to the mirror. My wife also felt that the large group of male offshore workers who stood around the reception and front door may be intimidating to single female visitors. The hotel really needs refurbished. We have visited this hotel on many occasions while travelling abroad, however we will now consider other options in future.
