This hotel is quite small. It is in a residential area and has a pleasant front garden and entrance. The rear entrance from the car park is less prepossessing so we were a bit apprehensive. “Good Value”
Good, clean and functional hotel. Bar and bar staff were very friendly and the sports bar was comfortably busy in the evenings. The hotel was was within reasonable walking distance to Union Street, the main high street in Aberdeen. Do try the butteries/rowies the local pastry - fantastic toasted.

“Perfect for what we needed”
Th room was clean and comfortable and great value. As we entered, we worried there would be noise as the bar and outdoor seating area were full and loud but no noise at all could be heard in the room. Room had tea and coffee and bathroom had all we needed.
