Very good food, very polite staff and in general a great experience. The room was incredible. The resort was very luxurious. However, there weren't any activities for teenagers. I would suggest making a room dedicated for people from 12 years old to 18 , something like a Teenager Club, with PlayStation consoles, biliards, etc. But apart from this minor flaw that I mentioned our stay was amazing 👏.

We recently celebrated my dad’s birthday at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the ocean that made our stay even more special. We requested a complimentary birthday cake, which was delivered to our room right on time. The cake was delicious and added a lovely touch to our celebration. We had both dinner and breakfast at Qasr Al Bahar, and the experience was fantastic. Special thanks to Felix, Maria, Triana, and Trang from the breakfast team, who ensured that every meal was exceptional. The breakfast, in particular, was superb, with a wide variety of dishes that were prepared to perfection. We also appreciated the attention of Sous Chef Mithun Sikdar, who made sure our dining experience was memorable. A shout-out to Hassan from the concierge team and the valet parking team for their attentive service. The front desk team was also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The resort’s facilities were exceptional, with a pristine private beach and a well-maintained pool area where we spent most of our day. The serene environment and luxurious amenities made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. Overall, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah made my dad’s birthday celebration truly special. The beautiful setting, combined with the attentive service from the concierge, valet parking team, front desk team, and Qasr Al Bahar staff, created a memorable experience that we will treasure. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in a luxurious setting.

This was our first stay at the Waldorf Astoria in the UAE. We, as a family have stayed in the majority of these countries over the years and this hotel has been the best by far. Every single member of staff has gone out of their way to make my family and I welcome and genuinely have all wanted to help and make us feel at home. Every morning we ate in the Qasr Albahar restaurant and every morning we were greeted by smiles and friendly service. We were especially looked after by Zun Puint, Nyi Min and Bijo in this restaurant, although all the Maitre D’s were amazing. There was such a large and wide range of food choices. I tried something new each day and even after 10 days of staying here, I still did not sample all the choices. The Lexington restaurant produced amazing food & cocktails which was accompanied by excellent service from RJ who made sure not only my wife & I were enjoying ourselves, but also gave time to my two daughters aswell. RJ genuinely was interested in making our stay special which it has been! The UMI restaurant produced fantastic and delicious food which truly was amazing. With thanks to Jaymar, Ely, Gurpreet and Ye Ymt that made this experience memorable together with the fantastic decor. I’d also like to mention all the pool boys and the waiters from the Palm poolside bar - too many to mention, but who all provided tremendously good service, by making sure we had enough cold water, only ensuring the staff carried our towels, moving the sun lounges, greeting us with happy smiley faces and stopping by to ensure my family had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, even in 40+ degrees of heat. We tend to go to different countries around the world to experience all the different cultures each year, however we are seriously considering returning to this hotel next year as we have been most impressed on how well we have been looked after. The service has been exemplary and everything about this hotel has been 100% perfect! Thank you very much to everyone! We look forward to seeing you next year.
