Where do I start….. Upon arrival we were amazed by the beautiful reception and how friendly the staff were straight away. We were fortunate that our room was ready so we were taken straight to it. We were staying in one of the rooms that hasn’t yet been renovated but it was really nice. Very comfortable bed and very clean too, the bonus is the free mini bar which was topped up every day. Our view was out the front of the hotel and it was beautiful. We spent the majority of our stay at the adults only infinity pool. It was ideal for a cool dip on those hot balmy days, and the lads that all work behind the pool bar each are absolutely wonderful, so polite and so friendly. The sea is absolutely gorgeous and bizarrely very very warm. But a beautiful beach with ample sun loungers too. The food…….. well clearly going home a stone heavier after our two week stay confirms 2 things….. we are piggies and the food is out of this world!!!! The unlimited use of all the a le cart restaurants is such a nice touch…. It felt like going out out every single night. The seven heights buffet restaurant had the most amazing selection of foods at every single meal time. I especially loved “curry corner” for all your Indian delights. The wonderful “Jodi” in the restaurant was the most happy, polite young lady who always greeted us with a smiley face. We spent a couple of nights at the sports bar too. That’s good in there but if you are a non smoker like myself…. It can get a little Smokey at times. The lobby lounge was superbly air conditioned and we would often stop by here on our way to bed… a special mention to the most charming young lady who served us drink whilst in there Bijaya, it was so very interesting to learn about her and she was so very very polite also. I must also give Kingsford a special mention, he is part of the security team of the hotel and was simply delightful and very reassuring. I was especially touched when he managed to find us at 3am to say goodbye before we left. Wonderful young man. We booked our trips through Malak Numan who took us into Dubai twice and arranged all our tickets for the activities we did at a discounted price too. All in all, lovely hotel, amazing food and drink, nice comfy beds, and the most attentive staff. Thank you Rixos for having us, and given us memories to last a lifetime We will be saving hard again in the hope to return back.

Review of the Rixos Bab Al Bahr Hotel Team: Sheikh’s Life Tourism successfully held an event at Rixos Bab Al Bahr from September 12th to 15th, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for their professionalism and support. We would especially like to thank Miss Clara, the event manager, for her invaluable help in everything. Her organizational skills and attention to detail made the process of preparing and conducting the event as smooth and successful as possible. Our gratitude also goes to Abbasi, the banquet manager, and the entire banquet team, including Mr. Bappy and Fahad, for their impeccable work and quick response to any situation. We even gave Abbasi a new name, "Magic," 🪄😁 because of the way he assisted us with such a quick and effective response 😊🤗. Their collective efforts ensured that all the banquet events were held at the highest level, and the guests were very satisfied. We would also like to thank Mr. Aya, the F&B manager, for his outstanding support in coordinating the food and beverage services. His expertise and dedication contributed greatly to the success of our event. Mr. Ghalib, the guest relationship manager, deserves special recognition for his assistance in all matters. His willingness to help and friendly demeanor created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. We also express our gratitude to Mr. Reda and Mr. Ali for their help during guest check-in and check-out. Thanks to their professionalism, all processes went smoothly and without delays. A special thanks to Mr. Syed, the safety officer, for his excellent work in ensuring the safety and security of our event. His attention to detail and proactive approach helped make the event a safe environment for all participants. Rixos Bab Al Bahr has become one of the best places where we have had the opportunity to organize events. The Sheikh’s Life team extends its gratitude to the entire hotel team for their excellent work and support. We would like to separately note the high level of service and professionalism of the Rixos Bab Al Bahr hotel team. Thanks to the coordinated work of all the staff, our event was held at the highest level. Your attention to detail and dedication to making our guests' stay as comfortable as possible left an indelible impression. “Good, but fir the price can be better”

The hotel is good looking from exterior , but the interior it looks a bit old. The food is very good, but slightly inferior of other Rixos hotel were I have been.( from Sharm el Sheik for exemple) . The hotel is good looking from exterior , but the interior it looks a bit old. The food is very good, but slightly inferior of other Rixos hotel were I have been.( from Sharm el Sheik for exemple) . The personal, is kind and helpfull. The beach is somehow boring, and the view is not very atractive ( mostly buildings and construction in progress). The evening enterteiment program...let's say I have seen better. Also, the place is isolated so in the evening you must stay in the hotel.
