Visited for brunch to celebrate a family visit/birthday. The staff were so accommodating with dietary needs. Abdu, Gayan, Shoib, Anundu and Kiran kept up constantly topped us with drinks and paid special attention to the 2 year old who was with us. We would definitely visit again for the brunch which is great for young children.

“Fantastic service”

Had dinner at this awesome place with friends in Lao Ayu Aliya Alex Glen and Chandima and Chef Angel we’re fantastic looking after us, making us feel so welcome a 10 out of 10 service. Would love to come back again soon. Recommended to friends in Dubai

Lobby and arrival - On first entry the concierge team are very welcoming and helpful. Check in was speedy and the team very informative. You are immediately impressed with the hotel's vastness and lovely smell which makes for a very welcoming experience. Staff All team members are a complete asset to the hotel. They always greet you with a hello or good morning etc, and they always seem to answer my question before I have even asked it! Name usage was great and by the end of our stay we knew them like friends. You really cannot beat the WA standards. Breakfast Always an excellent spread in the mornings, and food constantly topped up. Just when you think you had seen the buffet, you would walk round another corner with more food on the go! The vanilla iced coffees were really nice but sometimes needed an extra shot on the side. The team tried to give us the same table each day and knew our drink orders by the end of our stay. Definitely make use of the breakfast if this is incl in your room, and if not, add it!! Shoutout to Santhul, Parmila, Asitha, Sujan, Gayan, Abdu, Rohit, Shivani, Nica for their continuous work and dedication during our stay Lao This restaurant deserves an award!! We went to this restaurant twice during our 8 days. For reasons such as the menu is 10/10 and simply too much choice! I could have eaten there every night. The team were extremely attentive and decorated the table with fresh flowers and garlands as I had advised it was my birthday and wedding anniversary. The restaurant setting was lovely, not too quiet or busy. This would be a lovely place for date night or family meal. The cocktails and wine was lovely, and again the food sublime. Our waitress Aliya we had both times and she conducted service like a true professional. Shoutout to Aliya, Alex, Glen, Lakhvir, Esthan, Jordie and Issakki for everything!!! Social Aware this restaurant has an award, and for good reason! Where this is an Italian restaurant, the menu was not basic or typical of an Italian restaurant, but this made it super special. It was interesting to try new flavours such as the bruschetta but did not come with typical tomatoes and basil, but instead artichokes and anchovies! They had a couple pizzas on the menu but I think this is just for a bit of range. They had lasagne that was incredible but a little on the small side. The dessert was the best bit, we had deconstructed tiramisu which was a real show-stopper. The team were super attentive and they remembered us on the second visit and were happy to take on any requests/menu changes. Our table was decorated with garlands and a bday card which made our first experience really special. We visited the Social on the first and last night of our stay which rounded off our trip perfectly. The only criticism I have is that the restaurant is very large and on both occasions we were there, only a few tables would be in at once which made the space feel quiet - hopefully they get more bookings in peak season or perhaps separate a space off to make the restaurant feel more intimate. Shoutout to Shubham for the special card and message wishing us well on our travels. And the rest of the dining and kitchen team who always went above and beyond. Pool bar Shoutout to Ojo Kamlish and Dinesh Nasmul who looked after us every day of our stay. The team were unbelievably friendly and we came on first name terms. It was a pleausre to speak with them every day and made a trip to the pool even better! The menu is brilliant and quality of food is great. We ate a lot of the menu over our 8 days and had larger items such as burgers for when you are hungry or even snacky items such as chicken wings or salad for the lighter days. There is a vast cocktail and drinks menu and enjoyed the frozen margaritas in particular! I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat and hope I do in the future!
