A fantastic hotel but also treated so well by the friendly and efficient staff! We spent 5 nights at the hotel, we arrived early in the morning but the staff got our room ready early without us asking. The food was fantastic, especially in the Lebanese restaurant which was our favourite. We knew drinks would be expensive, so made the most of the Club Lounge. Our room was beautiful with a pool view, we loved the beach and the iced water was a treat along with the lollies. The gyms were also well equipped with everything you needed for a good workout! We will be back!

“Afternoon Tea at Sultan’s Lounge”

We went for an afternoon tea birthday celebration at Sultan’s Lounge and were attended by two lovely servers Gea and May. The experience and the ambiance was incredible, the food and drinks selection was high quality. We got a little mousse cake and flowers as a birthday treat!

it is a Family hotel therefore children everywhere affecting the relaxation Very expensive drinks and other things ie rice and water Half board not fully half board as advertised re various supplements to pay for ie rice!!! Imperium food quite bland Not in reality 10 restaurants more like 5/6 Very remote location and nothing there other than hotel and taxi costs high to go Into the City c£20 each way Dubai traffic is horrendous Lots of Russian Guests which felt quite intimidating Glasses regularly not replenished in room and often no glasses at all Smell in room and cupboard was fusty, like not open or used for some time Various part os the hotel are dated and tired and require refurbishment, primarily the bedrooms Mould on shower head Not 5 star in our experience and opinion any longer Could not recommend far to many negative aspects
