My husband and I have just celebrated our Ruby Wedding Anniversary at the Burj Al Arab. We have stayed here twice before for 25th and 30th anniversaries. This Hotel is spectacular. The staff are all very friendly and welcome you so warmly. We must give a very special thanks to our Butler Anthony who looked after us superbly, even organising the Mini Phantom Rolls Royce to visit our suite for our grandchildren to choose some treats. To every member of staff at the Burj from front of house staff, pool staff, housekeeping and butler services, THANK YOU.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the iconic Burj Al Arab this past November, and it was nothing short of spectacular. As a renowned 7-star hotel, it truly lives up to its reputation for unmatched luxury and service. Hotel Room Experience: We were accommodated in a stunning two-floor suite on the 10th floor. The spacious layout featured elegant furnishings, with a grand living area perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The attention to detail throughout the suite was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the stylish decor. One of the delightful touches was the complimentary Hermes amenities in the bathroom. It added an extra layer of indulgence to our stay.  We also appreciated the early check-in, which allowed us to settle in and start enjoying our stay right away. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making the transition seamless and welcoming. Stunning Lobby and Lift Decor: As we arrived, we were immediately captivated by the opulence of the lobby, despite it showing a bit of age. The gold-plated decorations created a stunning first impression, reflecting the hotel's commitment to luxury. The lifts, adorned with gold accents, added to the overall luxurious experience. Dining Experience: One of the highlights of our visit was the afternoon tea at the Sky View Bar, located 200 meters above sea level. The views of the Arabian Gulf were breathtaking, offering a panoramic perspective that was simply unforgettable. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with impeccable service and a warm atmosphere. We indulged in the exclusive "Gold Emotion" drink, which featured edible gold flakes—an exquisite touch that elevated the experience to another level. The savory options, including the decadent King Crab Tartelettes, were absolutely delightful, as were the exquisite patisseries. Breakfast at Bab Al Yam was another highlight of our stay. We were especially delighted to sit outdoors, where the setting was truly enchanting. The buffet featured a wide array of international dishes, with freshly made omelets and an assortment of flaky pastries that were simply delicious. The attentive staff ensured our experience was seamless, making it one of the most memorable breakfasts we’ve ever had. Complimentary Facilities: We also appreciated the complimentary facilities offered by the hotel. One of the standout features was the ability to enjoy the hotel's amenities even after check-out. The buggies provided a convenient way to travel around the expansive property, making it easy to explore all the amenities without any hassle. Additionally, the Abra boat tour was a delightful experience, offering stunning views of the hotel from a unique perspective. Overall Impression: Staying at Burj Al Arab, the world-renowned 7-star hotel, was an experience like no other. The combination of exquisite dining, luxurious accommodations, and unparalleled service makes it a must-visit for anyone traveling to Dubai. The Burj Al Arab promises unforgettable moments.
