I am here for Automechanika Dubai and as is always the case, I found it assuring to be staying at one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. Breakfast is a daily rotating feast of Indian cuisine. I'm not an Indian I've always look forward to the breakfast after my gym here. Other than the great amenities one thing to note is always the very excellent service. Laxmi, my roomkeeper for several days, will always remember to add the extra water since I am always very dehydrated from the all the walking around.

This was my second stay at Four Points. I was glad to see the same service levels and cleanliness of the property, as earlier. The location is very convenient (about 20 minutes to Dubai Airport), and the hotel is close to Dubai Frame and Dubai Mall. Check-in and check-out was quick. The hotel does not have much of view so there is not much to choose from in terms of room categories. The base category room is spacious and comfortable. One thing to watch out for is the bath area which for some reason is combined with the tub. One has to stand in the tub to use the shower and getting out of the tub can be difficult. I found breakfast mediocre with some Indian dishes on the buffet to cater to the large number of Indian guests who stay here. A couple of dishes from the local cuisine would have been nice.

“Comfortable stay at Four Point Sheraton Bue”

Stayed at FPSBD for a week for a family holiday. On arriving at 2am we discovered we had been given a smoking room, which smelt pretty potent as non of are smokers, this was quickly and kindly resolved by Kasim and Nivideta at the front desk who had a different room cleaned and moved us. We found all the staff to be helpful with a great attitude., special shout out to Desmond and Moses. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very good near to Sharaf DG on the green line, access to red line is only one stop away at Burjaman. The only downside to the trip was one of taxi drivers the hotel uses by the name of Asif who is parked outside most mornings. We had booked a ride to the Palm at an agreed price. En route he stopped the car and insisted on giving a 3 hour tour at an extortionate priceb which we haggled down. He drove around local areas we'd already seen then said he had to get back after dropping us off at the Palm and that we should make our own way back. We insisted he dropped us off at the agreed place after the Palm, the only reason he grudgingly did so was because we hadn't paid him!! Avoid him like the plague. Hope the hotel address this issue as it puts them in a bad light which it shouldn't as the hotel itself is very good and the staff fantastic.

“Not a great experience”

We booked this as pre and post cruise stays. No baggage hokd fee the first time just put them by the desk. Second time new costs $2.00 per bag, put them in the same spot. Breakfast was temporarily unavailable no credit given. No early checkin unless you paid $50.00 so don't expect to check in bef… more

We booked this as pre and post cruise stays. No baggage hokd fee the first time just put them by the desk. Second time new costs $2.00 per bag, put them in the same spot. Breakfast was temporarily unavailable no credit given. No early checkin unless you paid $50.00 so don't expect to check in before 4:00. No free water or coffee available in the lobby. Water at the lobby store was $4.50 a bottle. Room was clean. Uber was easy. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, don't think we will stay here again
