Centro very nice comfortable and clean hotel. The pool is nice and super clean. The reception staff is pleasant, always happy to help and resolve any issue very quickly. Thanks for Asura and Mahmoud. I would like come one more time with pleasure.

Always happy to give my feedback for a place that is home away from home. Forever grateful to Ms Beth who makes the booking/extension process so smooth and goes out of the way to accommodate me even when booking seems almost impossible. Asura, Feride & Camilla are extremely warm and welcoming hosts. I also really appreciate them working well under stressful situations. Any issue and they'd be happy to resolve asap, moreso; one wouldn't ever see them cribbing. That makes a much enhanced experience for the guests. I highly appreciate the F&B staff who make sure I have a delightful meal experience. Bollywood night initiative on Fridays is fun and has enhanced Centro's experience. I personally enjoyed and recommended it. Much commendable efforts done in F&B by Mr Raoul who personally looks into details, it's a rare trait that I see in hoteliers. He makes a great host not only by his management skills but also by the diligent & compassionate person that he is. Can never forget Karthik & Rina's efforts in making me feel at home. Be it any time, they'd always be on their feet to help one out and offer more. Both of them are very easy going and beautiful people to chat with too, feel like friends. I have always loved the housekeeping experience at Centro in comparison to majority of the hotels that I have stayed in globally. Khine is the sweetest employee who I came across. She's ever smiling and it says alot about her. Her efficiency is something to be praised! I do think my sleeping experience could be a tad bit better if the pillows are changed. Medium hard pillows would suit the guests better. This is something that could be looked into. Besides, everything is great, doubtlessly!

My experience at Centro Barsha by Rotana had both positive and less favorable aspects. The hotel is well-located near the Mall of the Emirates and metro station, making it convenient for exploring. There’s a nearby mosque, so be prepared for the loud call to prayer and early morning recitations, I personally found it soothing because the imam’s voice is pleasant and calming. However, I had some issues with the room itself. There was a persistent, unpleasant smell, which may have come from the bathroom due to the lack of proper separation from the main room—only sliding doors divide it. The room’s brown wooden decor also gave it a somewhat outdated feel. The staff was friendly and efficient, but the room’s design and atmosphere left something to be desired. For me, the experience was a blend of positives and areas for improvement.
