We have recently returned from an 8 night stay at this beautiful hotel. We chose a club room which was exceptional value for money. Breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, light dinner and evening desserts in addition to drinks both alcoholic and soft are all included. The amenities at the hotel are excellent. The restaurants are fabulous. We ate at Blue Jade, Saturday brunch at Caravan, Tamoka, Ameseena, the lobby lounge, library bar. Without exception every member of staff were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Our room was serviced twice daily to an excellent standard. The staff in the club lounge addressed us by name within 24 hours of arrival which is impressive. We were treated like VIPS. We were actually celebrating my 50th birthday which the staff were not aware of. However they could not have made our experience any more special. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the marina and JB. Thank you to each and every one of the staff for making our trip so special.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Dubai for a week in February 2025 with our daughters (11 and 8). The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. We had adjoining rooms, which were a good size and well appointed. Our housekeeper, Nisha-Karan, kept the room very clean and tidy and was friendly to our girls who loved talking with her. We were half-board and the food was generally very good. Breakfast was probably the most extensive of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Of the restaurants we preferred La Baie because it had the best selection of food the girls would eat. Both kid-friendly pools had a good selection of sun loungers and attentive staff. The hotel is close to Skydive Dubai and you could often see the parachutists descending while sitting on the sun loungers. The hotel is right on the JBR Walk, so you can walk to restaurants and shops from the hotel. The traffic getting to and from the JBR was always very heavy, which added time sitting in traffic jams to every excursion, and was one of the few downsides.

“Gym classes”
I live in dubai and go to ritz carlton for group classes @the gym. They have an amazing coach Elizabeth who runs yoga and pilates classes daily in the morning. She is very professional, classes are engaging and she always tries to do something new each class. We enjoy it.

Great facility for kids lots of activities for kids like multiple swimming pools, play areas, sports facilities, excellent beach, lots of choices for high quantity food available all the time. “Amazing as always”
Comfiest bed ever. Pool staff were amazing Return trip for us and will stay again, myself and my partner came in august 2024 and brought the whole family with us this time. Plenty to do and many restaurants within the hotel Ten out of ten again!!!
