My mother and I stayed in this apartment in Oct 2012 for 5 nights. The staff were excellent and very helpful with directions etc. My mother wanted to send a package via a cargo service to Pakistan and the duty manager helped call the courier and got the package sent for us. The apartment was very clean and so were the rooms, they were cleaned in a daily basis. the apartment facilities are great, a nice rooftop swimming pool and sunbathing area, which was also clean. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to stay in this area as it is only a 20 min wak away from the main shopping area and the seafront which you can get a boat to Dubai Deira. there are many bus stops and supermarkets only 5 minutes away and also lots of choices for places to eat local food. The beds are very big and the kitchen is also a nice size if you need to cook something. Overall a great stay.

“Great value for money”

Waterfront hotel apartments offers good quality for very little money, we had a basic but very ok one bedroom apartment that was equiped with a small kitchen with all the basics to cook up a quick meal, and a comfortable bathroom... Waterfront hotel apartments offers good quality for very little money, we had a basic but very ok one bedroom apartment that was equiped with a small kitchen with all the basics to cook up a quick meal, and a comfortable bathroom... All rooms had AC, wich is a must in this very hot city! The hotel is staffed by very friendly and helpfull employees, and also offers tours, we had a desert safari - dune bashing trip with them, and it was awsome! Swimming pool on roof, and a basic gym also situated in the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Burjuman metro station where the two city lines cross. Across the street there is a small grocery store, wich is very handy when you need a snack or a cold drink... To sum up, if i would go back to Dubai, i would chose waterfront hotel apartments again (unless if i win the lotery, then i'd go for Burj al Arab :) )

It was OK, cheaper than other hotels in Dubai. Spacious rooms. Actually I had reserved for a single room, but they upgrated to 1 bed room with the same price. But I didn't know they did and I wanted to change to a room with a bath tub, then they upgrated to 1 bed with a living room. It had a bath tub, but it was dirty and sink was leaking! Water was drroping from upstair room! Because they nicely gave me a bog room, I didn't complain. They have a steam sauna and swimming pool. I didn't really see other guests, so I felt lonly and scared. When I went to the sauna, it's located in dark hallway, I didn't see anyone but I heard some foot steps following me!! OMG. I looked back if anyone there....no body...I was super scared and I didn't use the sauna. Location--it's hard to find and not many taxi know where. A bit far to the city. No breakfast because it's apartments.
