Our stay was amazing as always. Sameh assisted us in the most professional manner with our check inn process very early in the morning. Our morning always starts on a high note with a friendly greeting from Mona at reception and Sammy the host with a warm coffee and true Dubai hospitality. Sammy has always been a constant and makes one feel like family. We are fortunate to have Dipiek our Room Servicer maintaining our room to the highest level of cleanliness with attention to detail.

“Breakfast at besh”

I had breakfast in beach restaurant and trust me it was worthy. I would like to special mention for Shikha and Arafat., very polite and professional people. Also mention for Dipik my room attendant. Thank you so much for everything and we wish to see you soon inshallah

Club lounge staff Mr. Sohel and Mr. Arshad are very accommodating and welcoming. They are very friendly and gave us the utmost best customer service. Club lounge staff Mr. Sohel and Mr. Arshad are very accommodating and welcoming. They are very friendly and gave us the utmost best customer service. They took care of us and were so attentive in attending our needs. Hot food was only serve late afternoon from 6pm to 8pm which was the only downside because lounge access usually serve food 3 times a day. Food was good though. Housekeeping staff are all superb as well. We didn’t get their names but they are the ones on duty from June 16-18. We stayed at al amiri suite and deluxe suite. Amiri suite was amazing. It’s like an apartment because it had smeg full size fridge and washing machine. You get a lot of space and a kitchen with cooking utensils. Good for family. Deluxe suite was also spacious. Sheraton has direct access to the mall which was great for shopping. Overall experience in Sheraton was great because of people like Sohel and Arshad and housekeeping staff who are very customer oriented and they are great people to meet with. We also had s good time because there was a saxophone artist who entertained us in lounge club on eid day. Thank you Sohel and Arshad and I hope Sheraton management can see your added value for the company. You are indeed an asset to any organization. Kudos to both of you.
