This is a great place to stay. Spacious, staff are amazing and so helpful. Local shops are good. Local restaurants are great. It’s not five star but it’s also great value. Radiance hotel is very near to Meshreq Metro station in just 2 minutes walk. The apartment was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Radiance hotel is very near to Meshreq Metro station in just 2 minutes walk. The apartment was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Thanks to front office team Nehel,George and Geeya for always giving us a smile every time we pass thru the Lobby not forgetting housekeeping team Kamal,Vinod and Baliaaj for making our apartment clean all the time.

What a venue! Here are the list of pros and cons I found Pros: Staff helpful and friendly, nice friendly lifeguard at the pool too. Rooms were very impressive, we found it to be incredibly good value for money. Super impressive Smart TV - it was huge. The lobby area is very clean and modern (in fact the whole hotel apartment is exceptionally clean and modern - the housekeeping staff are very efficient and good here) It is right near to a supermarket and even closer to a metro, great to get around. I can recommend a restaurant for people walking distance - Swiss Butter, only a 6 min walk from the apartments - it was nice to have restaurants a close walk to the apartment. Cons: Noise of street is audible, if you are a light sleeper you may want to choose a quieter hotel as the noise of outside could keep some people up, we didn’t find it too bad though. Balcony was small with no tables and chairs, maybe it is the 2 bedroom apartments which have this (we had a one bedroom) but was enough for what we needed. I think it would be good for them to invest in better irons - ours was a bit of a pain to use. That is all! Overrall I think it would be hard to find a modern spacious apartment at this price that is so convenient to see all of Dubai - but we did manage it and here served that purpose nicely! Thanks guys!

The 1 bedroom apartment was a good size and well furnished. There is a small pool although it’s only open 7am to 7pm. There is also a small but adequate gym. The staff were excellent. Consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and cleaned thoroughly every day. The location is great for the Metro. Literally a 5 minute walk from the Mashreq station. However there are very few restaurants in walking distance. So you either have to cook or travel which is a pain. It is not a tourist area.
