“A Great vacation”
I was stay in 3 nights my housekeepin service was done byGhanshyam. he was very friendly and he was given exceptional service Beach was very good gym is also good top Location and one again thanksGhanshyam. The location was very good and it was near the waterpark of Atlantis.

For the complete R&R solution look no further. We have visited Dubai over 90 times during the last 30 years and rate this hotel and team as the No1for a relaxed and premium environment with Customer centric service levels and commitment.

My wife and I are regular visitors to this hotel; the reason being the wonderful staff. The Palace is our normal choice but the rooms need bringing up to date. Beware this isnt like normal halfboards - expect to be charged for everything outside of a very simple menu (even water).
