We experienced an exceptional level of service. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Our spacious and luxurious room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-organized walk-in closet and a diverse minibar selection. We were welcomed with an assortment of fresh fruits and chocolates, and the room was meticulously cleaned and arranged multiple times a day. Every evening, even our slippers were carefully placed at the foot of the bed. Breakfast was incredibly diverse, prepared with the freshest ingredients, and the staff was always willing to accommodate special requests—when we asked for low-fat yogurt, they arranged it for us without hesitation. Throughout the day, a chilled box with beverages and snacks was delivered directly to our spot by the beach or pool, along with fresh fruit served at regular intervals. One evening, we urgently needed medication from a pharmacy at 11 PM, and the staff personally went out to get it for us—truly above and beyond. Dimitri, the residence manager, understands that excellence lies in the smallest details. His dedication ensures that every guest enjoys a flawless experience. His professionalism and warmth elevate the stay, making it even more remarkable. In summary, this place is a true slice of paradise in the heart of Dubai. Without a doubt, we will return.

Malik and the team are great. Unrivalled setting for drinks and a wind down. Great music and great drinks. 100% recommend.
