“An amazing hotel to stay”
For years, every now and then, whenever I travel to Dubai for business, conferences, congresses, or exhibitions, I stay at this hotel, , and it has become my home away from home. For years, every now and then, whenever I travel to Dubai for business, conferences, congresses, or exhibitions, I stay at this hotel, , and it has become my home away from home. Even in higher-star hotels, I don’t feel as comfortable and at ease as I do here. This is all, thanks to the kindness, hospitality, and professionalism of the hotel general manager, Mr. Raad, the “Head of the Reception ” Ms. Bea, and her amazing team, including Mr. Essam , Younes, Golda, Jenne, Jeo, Joana, cherrive Rona , and …., who have made my stays so enjoyable over the years. The porter service staff, Moshtagh and Naser, are excellent. In housekeeping, the supervisors and Luna do a fantastic job. The SPA staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming , especially Mitch, April and Rose ; On top of all this, the hotel’s prime location—close to popular restaurants and famous popular malls—makes it an even more valuable place to stay. Once again, thank you all for your constant warmth and hospitality!

“Moscow is so welcoming!”
Moscow hotel has been a repeated welcoming experience! The staff especially showed attention to detail. Complimentary services were given and special individual attention. We always stay here as a family when we come to Dubai! They have catered to 5am flights, specially dietary needs and much more!

“Relax and enjoy”
This is our 4th time stayed in Hotel Moscow. Very friendly staff and professional service from every department . Delicious and fresh food as always . Great location for access to boat taxi or Metro rail or just to have a nice walk after meal .

This is our 5th time stayed in Hotel Moscow. Very friendly staff and professional service from every department . Delicious and fresh food with so much variety of cuisine culture as always . Have had a great time at Galla NYE. Always feel so much like a second home to us. Special thanks to our housekeeper Luna. Brilliant young woman hardworking and caring. I can’t thank you enough to the General Manager mr. R Tayeh or miss Benaida for making our holiday so memorable and special as a guests.
