For my first stay at the Melia Desert Palm everything was more than perfect, the hotel site is beautiful and relaxing as long as you don't want to move and stay by the magnificent swimming pool, the catering is of a high quality the breakfast is incredible. A very big thank you to Nérea the guest manager who is exceptionally kind for her welcome and her contribution to making my stay perfect. A big thank you also to the catering team Gérard, Jérôme and Kamran who took great care of me every day, thank you to the team of housekeepers Usam Vinay and Sunil who were perfect and finally a thank you to the lifeguards Kavindu and Minuwan extremely kind. The hotel is definitely my place of presence for my next vacation in Dubai.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with only 39 rooms, making it feel unique and intimate. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. Yasaf made check-in special, and Shahid was always available to assist. Ms. Narea gave an excellent tour, explaining all the hotel facilities; she is both professional and kind. Thanks to Youssef for organizing our visit to the horse stables, and to David for providing a fantastic tour. The spa is lovely, and the staff is incredibly kind. Special thanks to Angelica! I highly recommend Melia Desert Palm for a peaceful escape from the city.

I spent almost a week there and l cannot thank enough for making my time with them as a real break as expected. From breakfast time with a sincere and warm “good morning, how was your sleep” from Prince, room with April always with a nice word when seeing around and assisting with any request, Rare restaurant the professional service from Denis, Janette and Beijo but also the lifeguards Minuwan, Gazi and Naisam also ensuring I have something to drink and proactively moving the umbrella as I liked during sunbathing time. The Spa is a true add value to the hotel with very professional therapists. Without forgetting the management with Noelia, Nerea and Emre who were so welcoming and helpful with anything. The food is absolutely delicious and with the view on the polo field and the city on background, it was like a special bubble. Definitely would recommend!

“Amazing hotel”

Very clean and tidy hotel. EXTREMELY friendly staff! The hospitality is through the roof. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Their mission is to give you a vacation feeling and they definitely succeed doing so. Our waiter Jerome was world class!
