We have just arrived home having stayed 7 nights at the Mina a S'alam hotel . We are a big family group that booked 5 rooms. Check in was seamless . We all stayed in Ocean club rooms that was quite spacious and had all the amenities you would need. The beds & pillows was the best I have ever slept in and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job of keeping it clean and topped up with plenty of towels . Before arrival I had a slight issue but this was handled perfectly by Kelly from the management team who looked after my request and ensured we all had the most memorable time .Trishana was also another member of staff who was extremely helpful checking our large family in . They both are a real asset to the Mina A S'alam hotel. From housekeeping to pool staff to restaurant staff and even Luis at the Concierge desk will all go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional , we all cant wait to return .

Another amazing stay at Mina A Salam! We had absolutely wonderful two weeks. Customer service was wonderful on our arrival and departure. We had a very comfortable bed, good night sleep .Rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Amal club was very special place to be . Amazing staff, including Moeen, Anna,Alexandr, Shipu, Sofia, Feodor and everyone we met there were very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast at Haanaya exellent. ,with a good selection Just Perfect! Can not wait to come back.

Staying at Mina Salam. For 5 nights this June allowed us to see the changes that have been taken place over the last couple of years.The pool has reopened named Calla Vista and has been refreshed with a new restaurant adjacent.You can also use the infinity pool on the expansive beach and the pool at Al Qasr which is fabulous.Lots of sun beds and umbrellas available around the pools and along the beach. Hall ways have new carpets and have been refreshed.Room layout was the same again appears to have been slightly refreshed. The bathroom was the same with usual amenities, however shower lacked any real power.Great to see large containers of soap etc and glass bottles for drinking water.All going towards sustainability.Only sampled the main buffet restaurant for breakfast with large choice and good quality. As staying in Mina allows easy access to the Madinat with many dining options.Recommend using the complimentary abras as transportation along the lagoon.As always the buggies can transport you to the other hotels along the beachfront. Jumeriah strength is in their staff who are professional and courteous at all times helping to deliver a seamless experience.Do not overlook Mina for a stay as it allows easy access to all of Madinat Jumeriah at more reasonable price point than some of the adjoining Hotels. Club Room Staying in a Arabian club room allowed us to try out the new Amal lounge.The lounge has been completely refurbished to a high standard and with very comfortable seating.There is an outdoor terrace which is well furnished.There is no check In available in lounge and you check in at main reception.I found the breakfast menu a bit limited but most would be happy with the offerings.As is standard Afternoon tea is served. Complementary bites and drinks are served in the evening.All food offerings are served to your table.As normal tea,coffee and soft drinks available throughout opening times.The new concept which has elevated the lounge has at present only allowed for a small self service area with limited offerings. Each evening there was a different theme for the food offering .The food was excellent and I believe prepared to order.As we have come to expect with Jumeriah the staff are its strength ensuring you have an enjoyable stay and experience.With efficient and polite service. We throughly enjoyed the new concept it is a bit of a change from the norm yet moves the club lounge experience to a new and heightened level.I believe they are still looking to enhance the lounge with some changes to increase the customer experience. I would recommend a visit. We are certainly looking forward to a return.
