Wow again! We choose to stay at the beautiful Madinat resort several times a year but this time round I feel compelled to write a review. So this time we went for the Dar Al Masyaf - what a place, where do I begin. From the moment we arrived Sharshi our butler was superb! A lovely smiley presence and so good with our son! We could not have been better looked after. Organised the smooth running of our holiday and made us feel so at home. 100% We also loved our housekeeper Shivaram, from the fun little presents he left for our son, to the impeccable service we received twice a day - what a joy to come back to an immaculate room everyday. 100% Any finally to Sarah from Kids Club who my son fell in love with (he's two!) As parents who are lucky enough to be able to work from home, knowing that our son was in kids club with all the wonderful staff made us feel like he was benefitting from his holiday. He would come home every day with a new picture, craft he'd learnt or arm tattoo (face painting for the cool 2 year old lads!) this team could not have looked after out son better, we used the baby sitting service and the fact that the same wonderful human was putting him to bed made my son feel safe... and I could enjoy a night out. Thank you Jumeriah for another fantastic stay... see you in May... Husband says no... lets see what I can do...

We staying dar al masaf hotel. Wonderful hotel in dubai. We enjoy the Beach most enjoyable place. I like tov mention the staff shreya, diyor, Pool wonderful boy Sultan. Make us happy always.buggy service was excellent. Hope We will come back Again and again.

Again great experience and great service. We always stay with Ashis Gomes in villa 3. He is an exceptional butler and knows his way around the villa and optimize service for the well being of his guests! Together with the team Rhoneza , Adnan, Theresia , Saidul, Shawon & Faridul we always leave with the feeling we want to go back ASAP! Also Abbos on the frontline of Dar Al Masyaf is a very pleasant guy to work with and arranges our reservations alwasy very smooth!! Thank you guys!! A happy guest and hope to see you soon again!

“Great villas and service”
Unbelievable service and scenery, truly amazing 🤩 The best food ever. Shashi the butler and Siva the room attendant gave such great service. The whole resort is so well looked after, it was a pleasure to return and we will be back very shortly !

Back at our favorite resort again. We spent 5 wonderful days here and enjoyed every single one. It is the most beautiful and well-maintained complex in Dubai. The complex consists of 29 villas that are regularly renovated and have their own butler service. A buggy and abra service are available at any time to explore the entire complex. We stayed in a beach villa (No. 3), and our butler, Ashis, anticipates our every wish and helps with any restaurant reservations or other needs. A wonderful person with a huge heart. Our villa manager, Abbos, is also a wonderful person who always asks about our well-being and makes sure we feel comfortable. We are always happy to return and have already booked again!
