My Stay at Crowne Plaza was a pleasant and warm and welcoming one, i absolutely love the friendliness of every staff , they made us feel very good and would want to always look forward to stay at Crowne Plaza on our next visit , I fell ill during my stay at Crowne Plaza and the efficiency of the staff was excellent and wow , i was given a surprise get well gesture as well , Thank you to the whole team of Crowne Plaza , you guys are the best , Elizabeth was one of the team that assisted me in getting the paramedics to my room at night , an experience i will never forget Keep up the excellent and efficient service Regards Reena Nunkhuor South Africa

“I really love the Generosity and kindness of the Staff”

I really love the Generosity and kindness of the Staff most especially Miss Cleofe and Miss Rona. Miss Cleofe Assist me early morning until I came back to the Hotel. the room is so nice and neat. ambiance is great and the water in the pool is warm so relaxing. highly recommended!

“Great hotel, but poor communication”

This is the second time at this hotel. Both times for ten nights. The first time was amazing so decided to go back. The location is ideal for public transport and shopping. The hotel facilities are excellent and the rooms are really spacious. The bathrooms are really big and clean. The rooms are very quiet. The staff are really helpful and always happy to help. However, we had an issue this time we alerted reception on the 8th night, and they said that it would be dealt with whilst we were out. This being a deep clean of the room, as we were both badly bitten. It happened again, that evening, and we reported it to reception again, they offered to change our room, but as it was our last night we didn’t want the hassle. We went to a local pharmacy and had to pay 100 dirhams for treatment. Since being home, we have emailed the hotel twice, and have had no acknowledgment of the emails. We are planning to go back to Dubai next year, but are now considering other hotels. We are really disappointed that we have had no response from the hotel and really don’t want this to happen again. As well as being very painful and costly. We would hate for other guests to have to go through this.

We stayed for a night to try out this hotel. I am used to stay in hotels for relaxation that's why i always prefer a quiet room away from elevators however, even I have double checked that from reception on check in, the room given to us has a connecting door with noisy neighbors with kids. Don't get me wrong, I was happy to be upgraded to a suite as a recognition for being a loyal member, thank you so much for that. I have called the operator to ask security to talk to the room beside us as it was already almost midnight and they still talk loudly with each other but it was useless, they did not stop. Just so tired to ask for room move so we just tried to sleep. Also, dinner option was not good. The restaurant offered very less food choices and did not expect this for a 5 star property of an IHG brand. Even the food taste was not up to expectation so we did not enjoy dinner. Breakfast though was much better. It was also weird to not find valet people nor bell team to assist guests with the car and luggage from the front. Though it was not a big deal for us since we have small bags with us. In general, the stay was nice. Too bad we arrived very late and had to leave early thus we were unable to use the other hotel facilities. Hope next time, we will not be placed in a room with connecting doors and hopefully on a higher non smoking floor. Most important is a quiet room so we can relax from a tiring week at work.
