“holiday experience”
Sajaal and Bana housekeeper friends cleaned our room very well every day, and if I come to Dubai again, I will come to this hotel again, and all the employees at the reception were smiling and very helpful I haven't encountered anything negative.

“Centro is in a convenient location and has good service.”
We really loved this place - rooms were decent size, the gym was well equipped and had good towel and water provisions. The breakfast was satisfying with a decent variety and they had very comfy beds to sleep in. Location wise it was walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates so very convenien… more

“Very average”
Rooms are getting tired from too much usage and insufficient maintenance. I stayed many times in this hotel and quality is getting worse. Towels are old, water drains slow and smelly and staff couldn’t care less. You must wait more than 10 minutes to get a response if you call reception!!!
