“3 Star Hotel with 5 Star Staff/Service”

Arrived early for check in, we were warmly greeted by the lovely Cathy on reception and Nasser @ concierge who immediately took care of our bags, We took advantage straight away of the all inclusive grabbing a bite to eat and drink in the Gardenia Restaurant a small wait by the pool and our room was ready , nice clean modern room overlooking the pool area, a comfortable bed and super pillows, not a great deal of storage in the wardrobe (my only gripe with the room). Shower was powerful and always hot. The room was cleaned to a high speck every day with the tea and coffee , toilet rolls etc all replenished , this is the hidden side of the hotel , I didn't meet our daily helper who cleaned our room 697 but a huge thank you for your kindness and great work. This is a 3 Star Hotel with 5 Star Staff/Service . every member of staff I encountered went above and beyond to be helpful and happy. To the staff in the Gardenia Thank you Aneesh for the delicious food in the restaurant and the Cheers pub, your a credit to the company always welcoming and smiling nothing is too much trouble, to the lovely waitress Elina who always had a smile and was always helpful and willing to go the extra to ensure we had everything we needed. Vivek was another star working diligently between the Gardenia and Cheers pub always ready to assist always happy to connect , and lastly and by no means least the amazing Akarsh, who looked after us so well at pool side and in Cheers , always ready with the bud light (the only beer one available on the all inclusive) and Gin and tonics for myself and my Husband, This hotel is well situated for doing business in Dubai but also minutes away from the metro a short distance to the airport and the festival and Wadi malls , good sport facilities on the door step tennis/padel courts and football pitches . The pool area is sometimes shaded but you do actually get around 4 hours a day , All inclusive is a bit tight but it is still value for money , I would have preferred the choice of a decent draft beer as well as a daily cocktail . Would I book here again YES . Thanks again to all staff members who make the Arabian Park special.

My stay in this hotel was really nice . The best part was Ms Farah Khan our tour arranger She was very nice and helpful . She suggested best things to do in Dubai. We had great time in Dubai all because of her. We will n again to come back in winters and stay in same hotel .

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was also quite good, offering a nice selection of options. However, the only downside to my stay was the unpleasant smell in the lobby, which seemed to come from a detergent or cleaning product used. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
