We had a nice experience at the hotel. The staff were very courteous and eager to serve. We were greeted at checkin .With a nice cool drink which was very refreshing. We had a nice experience at the hotel. The staff were very courteous and eager to serve. We were greeted at checkin .With a nice cool drink which was very refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they arranged connecting rooms for our family. The air conditioning worked very well and the we enjoyed the pool in the evenings. I tried to call the front desk a few times and i am not sure if I did something wrong but no one Ever answered. They did call back later to respond. I think some of the staff do not have as good of English - we had wanted water but when they called back we said not to bother because we were already in bed. This was not a big problem. (I don’t blame them because it was quite early, we were just tired from travel). We were just taking an extended transit through Dubai. It is very close to the airport and the clerk called a taxi for us at checkout. The return taxi van was only a 20 diram fare. The taxi from the airport was 50. We walked multiple times to the Deira city Centre mall, just a five minute walk away. We found lots of options for food there, in addition to the tasty and affordable ZamZam restaurant for Yemeni food. The primary clerk at the front desk spoke English well, some of the others were not quite strong. We did not eat at the hotel so we cannot comment on the food. The price, location, proximity to shopping and restaurants, and service were great for us. Recommended.

“Budget-Friendly Stay at the heart of Dubai”
This hotel offers a convient stay with affordable cost at the heart of down town of Dubai. It is not luxurious yet very comfy and cosy. The location of the hotel is close to multiple transportation options like Union Metro Station and Union Bus Station. I enjoyed my stay.
